Payment and information on sessions
Please feel free to contact me for a free over the phone 15 minute consult regarding your goals and needs for treatment.
My fee for services is $ 175.00 per 50 minute session. For Couples/ Families I charge $200.00 per session. Payment is due at the beginning of session and can be provided by cash, check, or payment through my website while booking your first appointment.
If you are unable to afford my full fee, as stated above, an adjusted fee may be applied, subject to time limit. If we do agree on an alternate fee, I will contract with you to review your accommodated fee on a regular schedule to determine if the sliding scale continues to be appropriate.
Session frequencies are one time per week. Attendance on a weekly basis is necessary to lead to successful therapeutic advances. There may be situations where more frequent contact is needed thereby creating a more frequent contact schedule. We can address your tailored schedule at our first meeting and collaborate on what makes most sense for you.
Insurance
For insurance purposes, I am not currently an “in network” provider for any insurance networks. However, some insurance providers may consider “out of network” provider and may reimburse a portion of the fee. I can provide a super bill with my national provider information (NPI) number which you can submit for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Your progress will be greater if we can work together consistently on our regular scheduled timeframes. However, if you do need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of the date and time we’ve arranged. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment, you will be responsible for your full session fee.
